Warm-Up(Required)

Complete this warm-up before every workout. Spend 5–8 minutes getting loose before moving on. This helps prevent injuries and prepares your body to move safely.

Speed & Agility

Stay low, move fast, and rest between reps. Quality movement matters more than speed.

Strength

Use bodyweight only. Move slow and controlled. Quality reps over speed.

Football Skills

Focus on fundamentals such as catching, ball security, footwork, and body control. These drills help players become more confident and consistent on the field.
